Shipping, Refunds and Returns
Shipping
Orders will be sent once a week from our Pittsburgh location. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery. International customers may experience slightly longer shipping times due to going through customs. International customers are responsible for all custom charges and we will not amend the noted value of your products to reduce the custom and shipping charges as this is mail fraud. 

Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. In the event that a refund is needed it will be in the form of store credit and will be for the value of the products purchased and not the shipping costs. In the case of returns all products must be returned before we send out replacement garments and the customer is responsible for postage charges.  Garments MUST be returned in the condition they were received and must also include the purchase email within 21 days of delivery. Please email wolveshollow777@gmail.com to arrange your return and we will send you a mailing address. 

Care Instructions
Please follow all care instructions on the garment label to help prolong the life of your clothing.
